Ingredients

  1. 1stick of butter
  2. 1/2 cup each brown sugar and white sugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tbspBlack molasses
  5. 2 tbspreal maple syrup
  6. 1 2/3 cupflour
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. 1 tspground cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  11. 1/2 tspPumpkin Pie spice
  12. Filling
  13. 28 oz cream cheese
  14. 28 oz cool whip
  15. 1 cupsugar
  16. 1 tspground cinnamon
  17. 1/4 tspPumpkin Pie spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Soften butter and beat together brown sugar, white sugar, molasses and maple syrup.

  2. 2

    Add egg, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Lastly, add salt, baking soda and flour.

  4. 4

    Place batter into sllightly greased rectangular 13 X 9 pan.

  5. 5

    Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes or until firm.

  6. 6

    Once the crust is cool make filling.

  7. 7

    Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin spice.

  8. 8

    Fold in 5 cups of cool whip and spread over the cooled cookies.

  9. 9

    Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight if you'd like then cut and serve with remaining cool whip.
