Ingredients

  1. 1 lbChicken livers
  2. 1 stickButter (no substitutions)
  3. 1 mediumOnion, chopped
  4. 1 largeClove Garlic, minced
  5. 3Hardboiled eggs (fresh)
  6. 1 tspeach Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bake livers for 30 min. at 350° covered.

  2. 2

    Place butter in 4 cup glass measure. Add onion & garlic. Microwave 2 mins., let stand 1 min., microwave 2 more minutes.

    Pour butter mix into food processor. Puree until smooth, about 30 secs.

  4. 4

    Add cut up eggs, s&p, and cooked livers.

  5. 5

    Puree until smooth about 1 min. Will be slightly grainy.

  6. 6

    Pour into mold or container. Refriderate overnite.

  7. 7

    Serve with pitas and crackers.
