  • Alaskan Pollock Fish Fillets
  • 1 dashpaprika
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper
  • 1/4 sticksweet & salted butter
  • 1 smalllemmon
  • Baby Greens Salad
  • 1 packagesmixed greens
  • 1 tbspcreamy itilian dressing/or your fav

    spray coat pan

  2. 2

    bake fish for 20 min

  3. 3

    preheat oven 300°F, rub paprika, salt & pepper all over fish

  4. 4

    when done cut butter to lay on to of each pc of fish to melt, squeeze Lemmon so juice drips over evenly.

  5. 5

    while fish cools, put mixed greens on plate drizzle dressing over salad (not to much or u will take away from taste of fish) put 1 slice of fish on top and enjoy!!
