  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1/3 tspherbs de Provence

    wash and slice potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat butter and oil add potatoes and spices cover

  3. 3

    Cook covered stirring occasionally
