Ingredients

  1. 4 cupwater
  2. 4 tbspbutter
  3. 5garlic cloved
  4. 1onion
  5. 2 cuparborio rice
  6. 300 gramsmushrooms
  7. 4 tbspparmesan cheese
  8. 1 1/2 cuparugula
  9. 3chicken stock cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and add the chicken stock cubes.

    Cook the onion and garlic in a pan with the butter.

  3. 3

    Increase heat to high and add rice.

  4. 4

    Slowly add water with chicken stock while continually stirring.

  5. 5

    Add mushrooms.

    Test the rice to see if it is cooked.

  7. 7

    Serve with parmesan cheese and arugula.
