Ingredients

  • 4Cucumbers
  • 1 dashgarlic
  • 1sour cream
  • 1/2 literGreek yogurt
  • 1olive oil
  • 1salt
  • 1ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the cucumbers and cut them in little squares

  2. 2

    Ground the garlic

  3. 3

    In a bowl add the grounded garlic,salt and ground peper

  4. 4

    Add the cucumber

  5. 5

    Add the sour cream and greek yogurt

  6. 6

    Stir the mixture with spoon

  7. 7

    add olive oil

  8. 8

    Enjoy in super fresh and light salad
