Beef Fajitas My Way
I really love fajitas—they’re a delicious dish that brings out the amazing flavor of grilled beef. They’re lean, very tender, and I consider them healthy since they don’t use much oil. I made this recipe and it turned out great—my husband and my little daughter loved it, so I wanted to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it too!

Steps
- 1
Slice the beef and onion, then place them in a bowl. Add all the listed spices and mix well until combined.
- 2
Cover the beef and let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- 3
Lightly oil a skillet or pot, add the beef, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Uncover, stir, then cover again and cook for another 10 minutes. Uncover to let the liquid from the beef evaporate.
- 4
Once most of the liquid has evaporated, add the bell peppers and stir for about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer the beef to a serving dish.
- 5
- 6
Note: You can use just one color of bell pepper if you prefer. I used all four colors for decoration.
