Season chicken with olive oil,salt and pepper with curry powder

Heat up olive oil then add butter then pan fried chicken both side for about 10 minute or longer depending on the size of the chicken, Add garlic clove then cover lid for another 15 minute in low heat shaking pan every now and then off heat and drain excess oil

With little oil in pan then Pour white wine unto pan and bring to a simmer then add fresh mango cube and parsley for 1 minute,

Pour mango sauce onto pan fried chicken and serve
