Had lime, had cilantro wanted to make a nice dressing for a tomato salad, turned out wonderful so made it again for a macaroni salad...and that turned out wonderful too!

This is kind of a light Latin American flavored coleslaw. The cilantro, lime, cumin, and mustard dressing is a nice change of pace from your typical mayo/vinegar dressing.

Tossing avocado and tomatoes with sweet chili sauce alone didn't work, so I added mayonnaise and turned it into a successful dish.You can cut the avocado and tomato in any shape, but I find this method makes it easy to toss with the dressing.
