Chicken goujons (tenders) are so versatile this is my plain variety but they can be made herby, garlicky or spicy.

Chicken goujons (tenders) are so versatile this is my plain variety but they can be made herby, garlicky or spicy.
Steps

Heat oven to 190C/375F. Arrange a breading station

Have chicken tenders ready, then dip into seasoned eggs in a bowl.

Then place chicken into a zip lock bag a couple at a time and coat well with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- 4
Repeat the steps, egg and then breadcrumbs to ensure a good coating. Allow the coating to slightly dry for 5 minutes.

Place chicken on a foil line cooking sheet, bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked.

Remove from tray and served, great just dipped into Ur favourite sauce, with a salad or in a tortilla wrap and enjoy. The choice is endless.
