Yoshida's Ribs

You can cook the ribs slower for 3-4 hours and reduce the time to 160 c but on this occasion I was in a bit of a hurry to make dinner so I did sped up the cooking process. I also removed the foil about 30 minutes left of cooking time to speed up the cooking time and to make the ribs crisper as well as adding a bit more sauce to the top of the ribs.
