Ingredients

30 minutes
6-7 servings
  1. 1medium sized onion
  2. 1 kggiblets
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1chicken stock cube
  5. 1 teaspoonrajah (mild and spicy)
  6. 1 teaspoonchicken spice
  7. Olive oil
  8. Brown onion soup

  1. 1

    Thoroughly rinse giblets and put aside, then a pot pour olive oil, then fry onion,green pepper

  2. 2

    Add spices and chicken stock cube,stir well and add rinsed giblets cook for 30 minutes until they are soft then to thicken add brown onion soup
