Ingredients

6 servings
  • dumpling
  • 1/2 tspcajun seasoning
  • 1 cupbisquick
  • 2/3 cupmilk
  • chicken
  • 1 1/2 lbchicken breast, deboned.skinless
  • 3 cupboiling water
  • 2 tbsplemon pepper seasonings
  • 1/2yellow onion
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tspminced roasted garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients for chicken to crock pot. Cook 4 hours on high, (or 6-8 hours on low)

  2. 2

    Add bisquick and milk untill desired thickness, i added 3 tablespoons more for fluffier dumplings
