  1. 1/2zucchini; small dice
  2. 1/2yellow squash; small dice
  3. 1/2any color bell pepper; medium dice
  4. 1red onion; medium dice
  5. 3serrano pepper; medium dice
  6. 8stalks asparagus; trimmed and cut in half
  7. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 1salt and pepper

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in large saute pan. Add veggies. Season.

  2. 2

    Cook at medium heat until veggies are caramelized and tender. Adjust seasoning.

  3. 3

    Variations; citrus zest, fresh or dried herbs, sherry, veggie stock, mustard, parika, smoked paprika, saffron, potatoes, tomatoes, other squashes or peppers, applewood seasoning, beans, corn, carrot, broccoli

  4. 4

    Also try white wine, vodka, caramelized onions, shallots
