I grew up making mini oatmeal pies with my grandmother. I attempted to recreate the recipe. Not quite her recipe, but still tasty!

Ingredients

1/8 cupmelted butter
4eggs
19 inch pie crust
1 cupsugar
2 tbspflour
1 tspground cinnamon
1 cuplight corn syrup
1/4 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla
1 cupOatmeal (uncooked)

Steps

Melt butter. In medium bowl beat eggs until fluffy.

Incorporate sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

Mix in corn syrup, vanilla and butter. Add oatmeal. Stir well.

Pour into pie crust and bake at 350°F at for 1 hour.

Allow to cool. Serve.
