1/4 cuplemon juice
1vegetable oil
1/4 tspOld bay creole seasoning
1 tbspLemon pepper
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbspOnion Powder
1/2 tbspseasoning salt
1/4 tspTony Chacheres creole seasoning
4 cupYellow corn flour

Heat oil 375°

In large mixing bowl mix corn flour, lemon pepper, Garlic and Onion powder, seasoning salt and creole seasoning

Clean fish fillets and slice in pieces

In medium bowl combine lemon juice and old bay seasoning

In another bowl beat eggs

Put your quantity of catfish in the lemon juice and old bay and coat

Dip catfish in egg..then coat in fish fry...

Fry fish for 3 to 5 mins depending on how hot your grease is
