Mix all the ingredients together and fold it in a dough

Take it out in your working area and kneed it for 10 minutes with stretch and fold method

Keep it covered for 1 hour

Take it out again and punch it to release all the excess air

Kneed it once more with light hand for only 3-4 minutes

Cut in equal parts and roll it out like puri with rolling pin and place it on baking tray

Let it rest for more 15-20 minutes and then bake it on preheated oven on 200 degree for 15-20 minutes

Serve it hot
