Veggie wrap Veggie wrap
When I first started eating a vegan diet I lost a lot of weight very quickly. The main reason for this was that I didn't know what to eat. I have been trying to find easy quick snack ideas to take for lunch or make at home on the go. This one was just a mix of things I found on the shelf and turned out really good. You can mix any veggies you have, I haven't found one that doesn't taste good yet. Jeff -

Flavourful Egg and Vegetable Wrap Flavourful Egg and Vegetable Wrap
#SandwichedMy mum recently bought alot of tortillas to keep in the refrigerator for anytime we wanted to wrap a quick snack or dinner, I experimented alot of different fillings and this recipe yields you some amazing tasting veggie wraps because you can definitely leave out the eggs. Of course, feel free to leave out or add any other vegetables just be careful with the liquid content of the veggie you are using as too much liquid will make your wrap soggy.Ps: You can double or even triple this recipe. Also, this might seem like alot of work but I just type alot to give you the best understanding possible. I wanted to make kombu wraps that my kids would like.Bacon is quite salty in itself, so be sure to taste before adding extra salt when cooking. It's totally a matter of preference, but I love it topped with generous amounts of coarsely ground black pepper. Recipe by Stylish Mama cookpad.japan
