Made the first time out of available ingredients during lunch at the office, turned out great as a single serving, so I made it a meal, complemented with Black Beans and Onions as a side for my family dinner.

Crockpot Greek Yogurt Crockpot Greek Yogurt
Two recipes in one. To make yogurt just drain it for an hrs after it’s done. For Greek yogurt, drain it in the refrigerator overnight. There is no sugar or fruits added, can add all that stuff later as needed, I didn’t want my big batch to be just one flavor, I wanted to use it For different things, like (To make a flavor batch just get the flavor yogurt with live culture, like vanilla for example )for cooking, so it’s all plain . I made yogurt and I took the other half and made Greek yogurt. If you don’t want a big batch I put that in here too. When making this , do not peek at it, or remove lid at anytime. The only time this lid comes off is the step where you add the starter yogurt and that’s it, I can’t stress this enough as it will not work if that lid comes off , even for a sneak peek and you wasted all that time. There is nothing to making just time. If you have other people in the house when this is being made, make sure everyone knows not to touch it , or remove that lid, or the towel in that last step, if you have to put a do not touch note on it. I watched 3 videos on how to do this before i attempted this , I will put them in the notes below for anyone who wants a better understanding before trying this. I highly recommend watching them , the first one is about 8 mins the other one is 19 mins long. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
Greek-Style Moussaka with Yogurt Greek-Style Moussaka with Yogurt
This is one of my family's favorite dishes.Since I used a minimal amount of oil, it's on the lighter side.I used a 28 x 21 x 5 cm heatproof dish in the picture. Please adjust the baking time depending on your oven. The dish will be hot after microwaving, so please be careful.Topping moussaka with pizza cheese is also delicious. Recipe by SIVKO cookpad.japan -

Greek Yogurt Butter Chicken Stew Greek Yogurt Butter Chicken Stew
Got this recipe from NYT Cooking when I was feeling a little adventurous (don't know what to cook, more like). It's savory and although reminds me of curry, it is not spicy at all. Goes great with rice. There are a lot of ingredients on the list so, adjust to suit taste. There's no sugar in original article, I just like to make a little sweeter) Marsha M -

You will love this yogurt chicken roast! They're juicy, tangy, and full of taste, and they require very little effort on your part and can be prepared in advance. Prep is made easy with a simple, delicious seasoning blend. The tang of the yogurt mixed with the acidity of the lemon and the freshly ground aromatic spices combine so beautifully with the butter for a fantastic iftar.Simply place it in the oven or on the grill! And for a final touch, fry it in the butter for a glossy finish. I encourage you to make extra because you will want seconds. If you do not prefer to roast it in the oven, cook it in a grill pan till tender. Sarvat Hanif -
