Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8large pieces of chicken
  2. 3baby marrow
  3. 1large potato
  4. halfgreen pepper
  5. halfred pepper
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1 tea spoonrajah
  8. 3 clovesgarlic
  9. sprinkle coriander
  10. 2tablespoons meat marinade
  11. 3 table spoonoil
  12. 1onion
  13. 1 table spoonbenny spice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean chicken and remove the skin

  2. 2

    Mix with crushed garlic, benny spice and marinade start cooking for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Add oil diced onion, diced potato in cubes, baby marrows and rajah

  4. 4

    Add grated tomato coriander, peppers and let simmer for 10-15 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve
