I combined what I liked at the time- peach schnapps, mimosas, and screwdrivers, and thought the leftover mango would complement the peach... And voilà!

Feel free to add/subtract based on your taste buds. I really just eyeballed everything in a tall glass. It was half champagne, equal parts OJ and vodka/schnapps I wanna say, plus the scoop or two of mango sorbet.

6 ozasti spumante (or whatever sparkling wine you prefer)
