Ingredients

1 hour 10 mins
6 servings
  • 3russet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2 cupshredded parmasen cheese
  • 5 tspmelted butter
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • water, enough to submerge potatoes

Steps

1 hour 10 mins
  1. 1

    Peel, cut in half and boil potatoes on a high fire for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Drain potatoes, place in large bowl.

  3. 3

    Mash potatoes and while still hot, add garlic, butter and parmasen. Using a mixer evenly wip in ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix in milk, black pepper and salt to taste.
