wrap ham on pineapple and bake at 200 C for 10 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the ham till lightly brown and crispy

apply a layer of hoisin sauce on ham and bake for another 2 minutes

BAKE BACON WRAP PINEAPPLE ( OPTION )

2 slice of bacon wrap pineapple and bake at 200 C for 20 minute then baste hoisin sauce and bake another . minute

PAN GRILL BACON AND PINEAPPLE (OPTION)

bacon and pineapple on a pan and pan grill till lightly brown and bacon are crispy then add 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce and grill for another 2 minutes
