I forgot to thaw the chicken I had planned for tonight :/ The only meat I had in the fridge was ground beef so I went with it. This is what I got... I also made garlic bread with toast and Italian seasoning, apparently I had never done this before for the bf, he loved it lol. He actually loved the whole meal (even with the zucchini)!!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 boxRotini Pasta
  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 1Onion
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 canItalian diced tomatoes
  • 1/2Zucchini
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 canFavorite tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cupMozzarella Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the meat

  2. 2

    Add garlic and onion

  3. 3

    Boil noodles

  4. 4

    Strain pasta when done
    Strain tomatoes into pasta

  5. 5

    Cut up zucchini in to bite size pieces

  6. 6

    Add everything; zucchini and pasta/tomato mixture to pan

  7. 7

    Top with mozzarella cheese, allow to melt
