Ingredients

  • 1Pack cooked king prawns
  • 1 mediumsize avocado
  • 1/2Lemon zest
  • 1 tspMayonaise
  • 6unit Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pinchSalt and pepper
  • 1 pinchCayenne pepper
  • 1 tspFresh chopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the prawns in a bowel, chop the tomatoes and avocado. Add the tomatoes to the bowel with all other ingredients and mix. Add the avocado last and stir in.

    Chill and eat!
