Sev bhaji

In pan put oil and add kafa masala, onion, green chilli, coconut and sauté as it changes colour off gas and keep aside to cool then grind the masala removing tej patta and in pan again put oil and saute ginger garlic paste and add the masala,salt, red and kashmiri chilli powder, haldi.

Now water when it start leaving oil and add water for gravy as you need the thickness of gravy add gram masala and is ready while serveing add sev upon it and sever hot.
