Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet.

Spread the applesauce over the pastry. Peel and slice the apples, then arrange them on top.

Wash, pit, and cut the plums in half. Place them cut side down on the pastry. Sprinkle a little sugar over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
