  • 4Salmon filets
  • 1 stickof butter
  • 1 cupHoney
  • 1 cupChopped pecans
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbspVegetable oil

  1. 1

    Sprinkle salmon with salt & pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat a large pan with oil & 3 Tbs of butter on medium. Add salmon & cook for 10-12 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.

    In a medium skillet heat remaining butter, honey & pecans on low until it starts to bubble, about 8-10 minutes.

    Serve immediately. Enjoy!
