Fill the pressure cooker halfways with water.

Add pork ribs and salt. Turn heat to high.

Chop and add onion, celery, sweet pepper, cilantro and garlic.

Add tomato sauce and oregano.

Add beans.

Close the cooker. Let it cool until it starts releasing vapor, and leave it for 25 more minutes.
