Brown the beef in a cast iron skillet or Dutch Oven

Fry potatoes, onions, & sweet peppers in the same oil as the beef (I use a Dutch Oven)

Add Weber's Roasted Garlic & Herb, cumin, &, turmeric to pressure cooker
- 4
Stir in Golden Monkey beer
- 5
Cook beef for 45 mins
- 6
20 mins into beef cooking start the potatoes, onions, & sweet peppers (they should all get done at the same time)
