Sage and pork are awesome together so I wanted to make it I wasn't disappointed, it was awesome! Low carb.

Sage and pork are awesome together so I wanted to make it I wasn't disappointed, it was awesome! Low carb.

Cut the pork belly into bite sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan

Add the pork belly amd season the pork with sage. Fry stirring occasionally till its starting to get crisp.

Slice the shallots thinly add to pork belly. Fry till both are crispy. Put on a paper towel to absorb excessive oil.

In a pan melt the margarine add the turmeric and salt.

Beat the eggs add to margarine. Stirfry. When done add to a plate with the crispy pork bellies and crispy shallots. Serve hope you enjoy!
