  2. 1 tbsprosemary; minced
  3. 1 tspthyme; minced
  4. 1 tspground coriander seed
  5. 2 tsponion powder
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1peppercorn melange and kosher salt
  8. 1vegetable oil; as needed

    Preheat grill plate or saute pan. Cover steak with just enough oil to cover. Season.

    Sear each side well. Finish in the oven if you want the steak cooked further than rare.
