Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring a pot of 6 cups of water to a boil.
- 2
While your water is heating; dice your onion and your green pepper.
- 3
Mix together all the ingredients of "The Base".
- 4
Once the water is boiling add the Elbow Noodles and a few dashes of salt to the water for approximately 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- 5
Meanwhile, brown "The Base" on medium-high heat heat.
- 6
While you are browning "The Base" and boiling the noodles mix together the corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes (yes a lot of tomatoes, it's good for you) and mushrooms.
- 7
Once the noodles and "The Base" are done, drain them each. Then mix the noodles and the rest of "The Goods" with "The Base" in a large pot.
- 8
Bring to a boil.
- 9
Once boiling turn down the heat to Low-Medium and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- 10
Remove from heat, serve, and bask in the glory of your delicious meal.
- 11
(Spices can be added to fit the needs of your taste buds) Enjoy!
