  • 1ripe tomato cubed
  • 8 ozelbows
  • 1/4 lbVelveeta
  • 8 ozshredded monterey/cheddar cheese
  • 1 cancorn
  • sliced jalapeños
  • salt pepper garlic Italian seasoning

  1. 1

    Cook ground beef. And fresh veggies. Spices.

  2. 2

    Boil elbows. When done add velveeta.stir until melted.

  3. 3

    Add elbow mixture to beef mixture.add corn and jalapeños ,shredded cheese.stir add move cheese.cover and simmer until melted
