Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspgarlic
  2. 1 tbspginger
  3. 3 tbspseasame seed oil
  4. 1/2 cupCitrus soda pop
  5. 2 tbspseasame seeds
  6. 9 ozYoshida Teriyaki Sauce/marinade
  7. 1 tspGochujong (Korean red pepper paste)
  8. 3 lbChicken (dark or white meat)

    FOR THE MARINADE:

    Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

    slice chicken to strips to get most flavor, then seal chicken with marinade. marinade 6 hours in the fridge.

    AFTER MARINADE:

    preheat oven 375°F and drain half the marinade

  6. 6

    cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. cook chicken 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175°F

  7. 7

    serve over rice. it gets pretty spicy!
