Ingredients

  1. salad
  2. 3/4chinese cabbage
  3. 6green onions
  4. 100 gramsflaked almonds
  5. 100 gramscrunchy noodles (chang's)
  6. Dressing
  7. 1/4 cupWhite vinegar
  8. 1/4 cupcastor sugar
  9. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 2 tspsesame oil
  11. 1/2 cupolive oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine dressing in saucepan

  2. 2

    Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved

  3. 3

    Allow dressing to cool and store

  4. 4

    Shred cabbage (slice very thin)

  5. 5

    Slice green onions thin too

  6. 6

    Roast almonds under grill low heat. Watch them or they will burn

  7. 7

    Combine all ingredients just before serving otherwise noodles will go flacid.
