Ingredients

30 mins
  1. Any left over chicken including skin, bones and fat.
  2. 1onion
  3. 3carrots (I left skin on after washing them)
  4. 1 bunchcelery chunks
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspolive oil
  7. 2garlic cloves
  8. 6whole cloves
  9. 1 tspdried oregano
  10. 1 tspground coriander /or a hand full of fresh coriander
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  13. 1/4 tsponion salt
  14. 2 literwater
  15. 25 gramsbutter

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a large pan add all the ingredients.

    Bring to the boil and cook on high for 35-40 minutes.

    Add more water half way through.

  4. 4

    Once the stock is done, leave it to cool for a couple of hours.

  5. 5

    Lastly using a sieve, strain the liquid into a container.

  6. 6

    The cooked vegetables you can save to use in a soup or stew.

  7. 7

    Store in fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for one month.
