Ingredients

  1. 1 dozenlarge fresh Japalenos
  2. 3 cupWhite vinegar
  3. 1 cupWater
  4. 5 cloveGarlic
  5. 1 tbspSalt
  6. 1 tbspPickling spice
  7. 1 tbspdried chopped Onion
  8. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Cut peppers into slices, remove pith, wash well and set aside in large bowl.

  2. 2

    Place all other ingredients into 4 cup glass measure. Heat to boiling in microwave.

    Pour over peppers, cover, let stand 5 min.

    Warm up large jar under hot water.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into jar and refrigerate.
