Peel,slice plantain.

Sprinkle salt on it.

Place a pan on fire,add vegetable oil.

Heat up for 1minute,it will be hot.

Gradually put the plantain and fry.

Fry till is brownish and done.

Boil eggs with water covering it for at least 3minutes.

Allow to cool before peeling it.
