  • 4 mediumCarrots
  • 1 largeCabbage
  • 1 packagesSpinach
  • 5 lbPork or any meet of your choice
  • 2 eachDungeness crab or any others of your choice
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 3 cloveCloves
  • 1 tbspGoya Adobo all purpose seasoning
  • 1Maggi cube
  • 1 1/2 tbspVirgin Oil

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Wash all your vegetables.

  2. 2

    Peel the eggplant skin and slice them in 1/2.

  3. 3

    With a potato peeler slightly remove the carrots skin

  4. 4

    Slice the cabbage in 4 pieces

  5. 5

    If you are using the spinach in a bag, open the bag remove any rotten spinach then rinse with cold water.
