  • 1 canLight Tuna in Water (5 oz)
  • 1 1/2 tbspYour favorite Italian Dressing
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 sliceProvolone Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat broiler to 500°.

  2. 2

    Use a paring knife to hull out the center of the tomato, then scoop out flesh with a spoon.

  3. 3

    Drain tuna. Combine well with Italian Dressing.

  4. 4

    Stuff the tomato with the tuna salad, top with a slice of cheese, and broil until cheese is golden.

  5. 5

    Eat it up!

I make these all the time, but I add homemade ranch dressing to the tuna instead of Italian.
