Ingredients

1 lbchicken, cut into thin slices
1 cancorn,drained and rinsed
1 canblack beans, drained and rinsed
1 cupcheese
1 packageschicken flavored rice

Steps

Season chicken how you prefer. I used garlic herb this time. And brown slightly.

Cook rice according. To package

Add beans and corn to rice
4

Pour rice mix into baking dish,top with chicken and cheese. Bake into the oven at 350 for 15-20 min.

Serve and enjoy

By Al means brown chicken first and cook rice with chicken stock if you want sauce use cream of chicken soup
