  • 5rocket
  • 10lettuce (purple and green)
  • 10green olives without seed
  • 8Buffala mozzarella bocconcini
  • 10Grape cherry tomatoes
  • pinchsalt
  • pinchblack pepper
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry lettuce and rocket

  2. 2

    wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half

  3. 3

    In a salad bowl put lettuce, tomatoes, rocket, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Add olives, and mozzarella bocconcini cheese

  6. 6

    Mix some more, and serve
