  • 1 1/2onion quartered (sliced)
  • 1 cupSliced mushrooms (sautéed)
  • 6 eachRed Potatoes (cut in quarters)
  • 1 lbBeef Polish (sliced)
  • 2 tspVegetable Oil
  • 1 dashSalt
  • 1 dashPepper

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Heat 3 quart frying pan with oil. Add potatoes and sautée until tender

  2. 2

    Remove and set aside

  3. 3

    Add onions and polish. Sautée until polish have turned brown and onion are tender

  4. 4

    Add Mushrooms the last 5 minutes. Then return the potatoes. Stir. Cook on med for another 10 minutes
