Steps

First boil corn with water adding salt and turmeric. Dry it with towel or tissue. Add cornflour and mix it. And then deep fry it in hot oil. Make sure you coat cornflour when corns are still hot.

Now first mix all sauces together.

Now heat oil and add ginger garlic and capsicum. fry it slightly. Then add above sauce mixture and 1 tbsp of water.

Once sauce starts bubbling add sugar and rapidly mix it. And add fried corns in it and toss it.dont use spoon for mixing.

Garnish it with green onion and serve it immidiately.
