Ingredients

  • 1large onion
  • 2 tbsbrown sugar
  • 1 tspcrushed ginger and garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan with a little bit of oil heat up for 5 min

  2. 2

    Slice up your onion and place in a dish

  3. 3

    Add your sugar and crushed ginger and garlic

  4. 4

    Then fry the mixture in your pan for 15-20min depending how crispy or soft you want them

  5. 5

    Add to your boerewors or salad and INDULGE
