Sophie's oriental noodle soup with turkey meatballs

This was an "oh no, what shall I make for dinner" recipe. I slapped together some things in the kitchen, and it worked so well I thought I'd share :)

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 180
- 2
Mix milk and breadcrumbs together in a bowl. Leave to sit for 5 minutes.
- 3
Add the rest of the meatball ingredients to the milk and breadcrumb mixture, and mix gently.
- 4
Shape into meatballs - you should be able to make around 5 medium sized meatballs per person.
- 5
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until they start to go golden brown around the edges.
- 6
For the soup: Mix all ingredients except the corn flour, noodles, and vegetables in a large saucepan.
- 7
Stir everything together, and when the liquid is at boiling point, add your meatballs and vegetables.
- 8
Add your noodles after 5 minutes. Cook for as long as required on the packaging.
- 9
In a separate bowl have your corn flour ready. Use a large spoon to remove some of the liquid from your pan and mix it in the dish with the corn flour. Do this until you have a thick, but still pourable flour and stock mixture. Add to your soup.
- 10
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 11
Serve and enjoy!

This is not your mama’s chicken noodle soup...unless I am your mother in which case we really need to talk - why haven’t you called? I am firmly in the camp that soup can cure anything and this recipe is no exception. Meatball soup Meatball soup
Seen this recipe on social media, I didn’t know that this is a thing lol! I had some leftover meatballs from my meatball pizza, so I thought I’d give this a try something different other than meatball subs or in a pasta... plus there’s is veggies in this for the kids.... good for soup and salad night (everyone seemed to like it and asked for me. I didn’t think this would be a hit in my house hold , but it was I had none left, I was surprised.) I added some seasoning not in the recipe I do recommend using your favorite seasoning. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
Miso Soup with Chicken Meatballs and Aubergine Miso Soup with Chicken Meatballs and Aubergine
I love this miso soup and make it all the time.Adding grated onion helps to make the meatball soft.Japanese soup stock (dashi) will give it an added flavor, but even without it, the chicken meatballs alone will produce a good stock. The soup goes very well with garlic miso. Fluffy Meatballs & Chinese Cabbage Soup Fluffy Meatballs & Chinese Cabbage Soup
This is a meatball soup recipe I've liked ever since I was a student.I've been improving on it bit by bit to make my personal favorite version.-The secret of the fluffiness is the water and the sake. Be sure to rub it into the minced meat well.-This time I used Ajinomoto's "Chinese Flavoring" (granules), but you can use Weipa or chicken soup stock as well!-Since you'll be adding the glass noodles to the soup later on, in Step 1 only lightly cook them - they should still be hard.
