Ingredients

  • 2 cupcleaned pinto beans
  • 6 cupwater
  • 1 mediumonion sliced
  • 2jalapeno peppers sliced length wise
  • 2roma tomatoes diced up
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 3chopped up turkey or chicken hotdog

    boil beans in water until tender

  2. 2

    add salt and all other ingredients and let simmer about 20 minutes
