  1. 1 tbsplemon zest
  2. 3 largeeggs
  3. 1 tbsplemon juice
  4. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  5. 1 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  6. 1/4 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  8. 1 cupbuttermilk
  9. 1prepared pie crust

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Once combined, pour into prepared uncooked pie crust. Bake for 45-50 until golden brown and set.

Each time I make this, it seems to always separate. Flour on top and egg in the middle? It's still good but idk why this is happening. The bottom crust is also soggy. The only thing I can think of is maybe it's the buttermilk, like maybe it's due to it being low-fat???? Please help
