Trying different flavoured cupcakes. This was one of the five stars.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- 2
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar together.
- 3
Now beat in eggs, one by one. And add the essence.
- 4
Now mix the apple puree / apple juice and beat well.
- 5
Fold in the dry ingredients. Add it to the cupcake moulds. Tap to level. And bake for 20-23 minutes on 190º.
